If you have any questions regarding your order or wish to place
an order by phone, please call us at 1-808-283-8600. Our sales staff
will assist you with any questions.
SHIPPING: Aloha Boards ships by United States Post Office Priority
Mail. If you wish to have items shipped by UPS Blue Label 2-Day
Air or UPS Red Label 3-Day Select, we charge the rates accordingly
with respect to weight and size from zip code 96753 Kihei, HI. We
ship all in stock items within ONE to TWO business days of receiving
your order. If an item is out of stock we will ship it within THREE
to TEN business days. We will call or e-mail you and advise you
if an item must be ordered. If an item is out of stock and cannot
be ordered from our suppliers we will notify you within two business
days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not currently ship outside the United
States.
RETURN POLICY: If you return an item that was ordered you WILL
STILL BE CHARGED for the shipping and handling fee you originally
paid to ship the item to you. We only pay return shipping on size
exchanges and items that we screwed up. If you return an item for
a different size you will not be charged to re-ship the same item.
If you need an item sent express or overnight you will be charged
accordingly.
